ISO 9001 & SGS Certified | 10,000 t/yr Capacity | 60+ Export Countries
Overview
Covers high purity nickel bar in four grades: Ni200 (UNS N02200), Ni201 (UNS N02201), N4 (≥99.9%) and N6 (≥99.5%). Annealed bar in 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 20 mm is held in stock; other diameters are produced from 3 mm to 300 mm per drawing, with lengths to 6000 mm and surfaces from black to cold drawn bright. The mill in Changzhou, Jiangsu produces the material from melt to finished bar, in operation since 2002, and the purity of each heat is recorded on the certificate that ships with the lot.

Key Strengths
Four grades on one bar: Ni200/Ni201 (UNS) plus N4 (≥99.9%) and N6 (≥99.5%) in the high-purity classes.
Purity recorded heat by heat, with the lot number carried through to the certificate.
In-house melt, forming, annealing and testing on one site.
Stock diameters held annealed in 8-20 mm; other sizes to 300 mm produced to drawing.
Samples and records retained for each heat.

Technical Details
What the Purity Classes Mean on a Certificate
N4 (≥99.9%) and N6 (≥99.5%) are the GB/T 4435 high-purity classes, specified where the total of the remaining elements matters to the part. Ni200 (≥99.2%) and Ni201 (≥99.0%, C ≤0.02%) are the UNS grades made to ASTM B160 for general and higher-temperature service. All four are commercially pure nickel: what separates them is the purity class and the carbon limit, and the certificate names the class the heat was made to. Grade chemistry across the wider family is set out in the pure nickel series.
From Melt to Finished Bar at One Site
Each heat starts from analyzed electrolytic nickel, is melted under controlled atmosphere, cast and hot worked to diameter, then annealed, straightened and surface finished. Melting, forming, heat treatment and testing all happen at the plant, so the material that carries the heat number is the material in the case.
Where Purity Is Verified
Control points follow the material. Spectral analysis of the heat fixes the composition before casting; tensile and hardness testing follow heat treatment; dimensional and surface inspection close the route. The mill test certificate (EN 10204 3.1) carries the heat number and the results for that heat, and N4 is documented at 99.9%. Samples and inspection records are retained per heat.
Choosing Between a UNS Grade and a GB Purity Class
Two order routes reach the same bar. A UNS designation (Ni200, Ni201) brings the composition limits of ASTM B160; a GB/T 4435 purity class (N4, N6) brings the limits of that standard. The limits applied are what differ, so the order should name the route the receiving inspection will check against. Export orders most often specify the UNS grade; parts built to a domestic standard name the GB class. Both routes run on one production line and ship with one document pack.
Applications
Chemical and process equipment for caustic and reducing media.
Electronic and vacuum-device components requiring documented purity.
Battery connection parts in the strip and wire forms of the nickel family.
Magnetostrictive transducers and ultrasonic hardware.
Research and development where certified purity supports repeatable results.
Transformer and motor cores are built from silicon steel; duties that call for alloying sit with the nickel alloy families.

Customization
Orders are specified by grade and purity class as well as by size. Brand: DZX. Origin: Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. Grades: Ni200 / Ni201 / N4 / N6. Diameters 3-300 mm, lengths to 6000 mm, cut-to-length service, and surfaces from black to cold drawn bright. Send the drawing with the purity class required, and the offer names the class the heat will be made to and the delivery that follows.

Physical constants: density 8.908 g/cm³, melting point 1435-1446°C, thermal conductivity (Ni200) 70.2 W/m·K, electrical resistivity 0.096 μΩ·m, coefficient of thermal expansion ≈13.3 µm/m·K (typical), ferromagnetic below the Curie point of 358°C.
Quality Assurance
Purity and mechanicals are documented per lot: mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) travel with every shipment, with ASTM B160 and GB/T 4435 references for incoming inspection. Samples and records are retained for each heat.
Applicable Standards

References
Material data references ASTM B160; corrosion and physical property data reference ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys and standard engineering sources; batch-level composition and mechanicals are verified against mill test certificates and in-house inspection records.
Support & Services
Grade and purity class are selected against the application, and documentation is prepared in the format incoming inspection requires. Development projects can start from sample bar, so the specification is fixed on production material before volume orders.
Packing and Shipping
Bar is supplied in bundles with protective wrapping, packed in export wooden cases, each case marked with the grade and its heat number. Stock diameters dispatch in 3-7 days, standard production runs 7-15 days, and sizes beyond stock in 15-30 days per drawing. The document pack travels with the goods. Payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union or MoneyGram.
