00.025mm pure nickel wire in Ni200 and Ni201 — purity per grade, low 0.096 μΩ·m resistivity, ISO9001 & SGS certified, custom diameters, 1 kg MOQ. Request a quote.
0.025mm pure nickel wire in Ni200 and Ni201 is drawn in-house at a nickel-focused mill founded in 2002, with purity stated by grade and mechanical properties of ≥462 MPa tensile and ≥35% elongation. At 25 microns the wire combines corrosion resistance, conductivity and thermal stability for electronics, aerospace and chemical service, and it is supplied on spools with batch records.
Pure nickel wire is ordered by grade, and purity follows the grade: N4 (Ni+Co ≥99.9%), N6 (≥99.5%), Ni201 (≥99.0%, C ≤0.02%) and Ni200 (≥99.2%, C ≤0.15%). Ni200 and Ni201 are the ASTM grades under UNS N02200 and N02201; N4 and N6 are the GB grades under GB/T 21653. The low carbon of Ni201 avoids sensitization in elevated-temperature service, and N4 is the highest-purity option. State the grade the drawing calls for, and the mill certificate will match it.
Each grade carries its own composition limits, verified per batch and recorded on the certificate. Purity claims are grade-specific rather than blanket.

0.025mm micro wire drawn to tight tolerance for precision and fine-gauge applications.
Corrosion resistance in alkalis and molten caustic service, and in dry halogen gas at elevated temperature.
Resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m, keeping resistance low and predictable in fine-gauge conductors.
Good ductility for weaving, winding and forming; weldable with standard methods.
Four grades (Ni200, Ni201, N4, N6) with batch records and EN 10204 3.1 documentation.
Resistance stays low and predictable in fine wire used for thermocouples and electronic connections. At 0.025 mm, uniform cross-section matters most: resistance per metre stays consistent along the spool, which is what instrument makers depend on.
At 25 microns, diameter tolerance and surface condition dominate performance, and a few microns of drift change resistance and winding behaviour. The wire is drawn and inspected per batch for diameter, ovality and surface, so mesh weavers, coil winders and element makers receive a consistent product spool after spool.
The boundary: strong oxidizing acids such as nitric acid and hot concentrated sulfuric or hydrochloric acid attack nickel, so the medium, concentration and temperature should be confirmed before specifying. Within that media range, 0.025mm nickel wire serves vacuum devices, electronic components, filter mesh for alkaline service, electric light sources and chemical processing equipment, and the grade and temper are matched to the confirmed temperature and environment.
Price follows grade: N4 420-480 / Ni201 350-390 / Ni200 340-380 / N6 300-340 USD/kg FOB. Smaller diameters and custom tolerances are quoted per drawing.

Composition is verified against the catalog, with diameter and surface checked per batch and mechanical properties confirmed per temper on request. Final records are issued per EN 10204 3.1.Applicable Standards
Dimensions and material follow ASTM B164 (Nickel Rod, Bar and Wire) and GB/T 21653-2008 (Nickel and Nickel Alloy Wire). Export documentation is issued per EN 10204 3.1.

Material data on this page follows ASTM B164 and GB/T 21653-2008. Physical-property and corrosion guidance references the ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys (ASM International) and Nickel Institute application guidance. Batch-level composition and geometry are verified against mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and in-house inspection records.

Micro wire is supplied on spools with carton boxes, or as coils with polybag protection. Lead time is 3-7 days for stock and small orders, 7-15 days for standard production, and 15-30 days for complex custom work per drawing.

Jiangsu DZX Technology Co., Ltd. has produced alloy materials since 2002, holding ISO 9001 and SGS certification with 20+ years of experience, 50+ patents, 60+ export countries, 1,000+ products and 2,000+ partners. Micro wire is drawn with the same batch-level discipline as the rest of the nickel line, so 0.025mm orders carry the same documentation as tonnage shipments.
Submit the diameter, grade and quantity for a confirmed quote.

Q: What purity is this wire?A: Purity follows grade: N4 Ni+Co ≥99.9%, N6 ≥99.5%, Ni201 ≥99.0% and Ni200 ≥99.2%. Confirm the grade the drawing specifies.
Q: What diameters are available?A: 0.025-10 mm as standard, with custom diameters drawn per drawing. The 0.025mm size is supplied with tolerance locked before drawing.
Q: Ni200 or Ni201: which grade?A: Ni200 is the standard wire grade; choose low-carbon Ni201 where the wire sees elevated-temperature service, to avoid carbide precipitation.
Q: What is the electrical resistance?A: Resistivity is 0.096 μΩ·m, keeping resistance low and consistent along the spool for elements and instruments.
Q: What documents come with the order?A: EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, batch records and inspection reports are available on request for incoming inspection.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?A: MOQ is 1 kg for micro wire (0.025mm) and 5 kg for standard wire. Delivery is 3-7 days for stock and small orders, 7-15 days for standard production, and 15-30 days for complex custom work per drawing.
