Product Detail

Products Description

K-type thermocouple bare wire is a commonly used temperature sensor element, commonly used for measuring temperatures in medium to high temperature environments. It is made of nickel chromium alloy, which mainly consists of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), as well as a small amount of aluminum (Al) and silicon (Si). The diameter of the bare wire for K-type thermocouples is usually between 0.1mm and 3.0mm.

The bare wire of K-type thermocouple has good temperature measurement accuracy and stability, showing high sensitivity and reliability in the range of room temperature to about 1300 degrees Celsius. Its working principle is based on the thermoelectric effect, which generates an electromotive force when the temperature at the contact of two different metals changes, thereby achieving temperature measurement.

This type of bare wire thermocouple is suitable for temperature monitoring and control in various industrial fields, such as oil refining, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, etc. They are often used as temperature sensors in thermometers, heat treatment furnaces, furnaces, boilers, and other high-temperature equipment to help ensure the safe operation of industrial processes and the stability of product quality.
