Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy engineered for high-temperature stability, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance in demanding thermal applications. Its optimized composition includes:
30-35% Nickel for corrosion resistance and thermal stability
19-23% Chromium for oxidation resistance
Controlled Carbon (0.06-0.10%) for enhanced creep strength
Titanium & Aluminum for microstructural stability
