Material Characteristics
Incoloy 800 tubing is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy (UNS N08800) designed for superior performance in high-temperature environments. The alloy's composition (30-35% Ni, 19-23% Cr, and balance Fe) provides:

  • Excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization up to 815°C (1500°F)
