Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810) and 800HT (UNS N08811) are enhanced versions of the standard Incoloy 800 alloy, specifically optimized for superior creep resistance and high-temperature stability. These nickel-iron-chromium alloys feature:

  • Controlled carbon content (0.05-0.10% for 800H, 0.06-0.10% for 800HT)

  • Titanium and aluminum additions for improved creep strength

  • Higher nickel content (30-35%) compared to standard austenitic steels

  • Excellent microstructural stability during long-term service

  • Size Range

    Wire

    0.5-7.5mm

    Rod / bar

    8.0-200mm

    strip

    (0.5-2.5)*(5-180)mm

Key Properties

  • Outstanding creep rupture strength at 600-900°C (1112-1652°F)

  • Minimum creep rupture strength: 100 MPa at 700°C/100,000 hours

  • Excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization

  • Good weldability and fabricability

  • Superior thermal fatigue resistance
